Equinox to speak at Student Housing Business event
Jonathan Weiss, President of Equinox Management & Construction, will be speaking at The Outlook for Multifamily & Student Housing in Philadelphia, an information and networking event by Student Housing Business magazine. The event will be held on Thursday, November 3rd from 7:15am to 11:35am at The Union League of Philadelphia.
The event will feature three panels: The Outlook for Multifamily Investment & Development in Philadelphia, The Outlook for Student Housing Investment & Development On- and Off-Campus in Philadelphia, and The Availability of Debt & Equity Capital for Apartment and Student Housing Transactions.
